wishing to fly a hot air balloon must be able to stand for the
duration of the flight. We unfortunately can not accept pregnant
women, people with heart problems or any person who has suffered
a recent operation. If in doubt, consult your doctor. Persons
under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be able to board.
few people who normally suffer from vertigo have this kind of
issue when they are flying in a hot air balloon. Vertigo normally
happens when there is a connection between the ground and where
you are (the Eiffel Tower, a ladder, a chair, etc). In this case
you are not connected to the ground, and there is therefore very
little chance you would suffer from vertigo.
If weather conditions do not allow to fly the day of your flight,
we reprogrammons a flight at a later date (usually the following
day). Hot air ballooning is weather dependent. Therefore, in
rare cases, we will cancel flights at the last minute and sometimes
even just before takeoff. We do not compromise when it comes
to ensuring safety.
